Position Responsibilities include:
- Key point of contact with client.

ACG currently has an immediate full-time opening for a talented individual as a Media Analysis Coordinator, whose primary responsibility is assisting in the planning and creation of media analysis projects, including gathering and organizing the pertinent data from newspapers and other sources. The position requirements are as follows:
- Maintaining and updating account-specific calendars and schedules;
- Creating account-specific analysis spreadsheets and documents to assist the department analyst(s);
- Requesting and proofing all mapping-related parts of the analysis projects;
- Proofreading and double-checking all spreadsheets for formats, sums, job numbers and general consistency;
- Collating and shipping all relevant materials to the client(s);

Core competencies include the following:
- Collection/evaluation of pre-negotiation information;
- Negotiate 200+ smaller newspaper contracts over a one year period;
- Leverage client's large volume preprint and ROP usage with media to deliver the best possible rates and terms according to defined objectives;
- Weekly submission of completed contracts to client;
- Weekly reporting of status of 30-50 newspaper contracts in process;
- Heavy daily telephone/fax/email contact with newspapers and client;
